I have read the warranty policy contained on the Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy page of this site. I acknowledge and agree that if the product is found to be in good working order and meets specifications, and the issue relates to either installation or operator error then tech7 pty ltd may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred for inspection and testing. Charge rates are $150 p.h, minimum 1 hour. By lodging the RMA you agree to these terms.
