Returns
Only items purchased directly from this site or otherwise directly from tech7 pty ltd will be considered for return & refund. Items purchased from any third party must be returned to the place of purchase and is subject to the third party returns policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns will not be accepted on the basis of change of mind.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping of Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund plus a 10% restocking charge per item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
For all warranty requests for items purchased from this site please go to our warranty request page. For all warranty requests for items purchased elsewhere please return to your place of purchase.
The statutory warranty period applies for new items.
The manufacturer will at its sole discretion repair, replace or refund if it is agreed that the purchased item or sub-component part is faulty. The manufacturer is not liable for any additional costs involved in the return of the product(s) nor is it liable for any damages or compensation.
Products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished products of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the products. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the Warranty Term.
If the product presented for repair is capable of retaining user-generated data, you are advised that repair of the product may result in loss of the data.
If the product is found to be in good working order and meets specifications, and the issue relates to either installation or operator error then we may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred for inspection and testing. Charge rates are $150 p.h, minimum 1 hour. By lodging the RMA you agree to these terms.
